Portal reports

Portal reports define the structure and appearance of Portals in Aeneis. In a Portal report, you can define the contents of the homepage and navigation bar, customize the search and dashboards, and design views and apps that output model contents. Portal reports are created in the SystemAdministration in the BPM-Portal area. To display a Portal, a Portal report is opened in the browser:

Note: A Portal report is always created within a database and can therefore only display its data.

Note: A database can contain any number of Portal reports.

Requirements: Portal reports can be opened and displayed in the browser only when the database is open.
